Your first visit includes complete periodontal charting, digital radiographs, and — where implants or grafting are being considered — 3D CBCT imaging, so decisions rest on a full picture of your bone, gum, and root anatomy rather than a visual exam alone.
Dr. Sangeetha Chandrasekaran is a board-certified periodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology who also serves on the faculty of the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Teaching keeps her in continuous contact with the current periodontal and implant literature, and our treatment protocols follow American Academy of Periodontology parameters of care.
